Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Every price is per vehicle. Four people pay the same as one person in the same car, so travelling as a group is always cheaper per head.
What is included in the quoted price?
Fuel, tolls, parking, the driver and insurance are all inside the price. Entrance tickets to attractions, your meals and hotel are not.
How much deposit do you take?
A 50% deposit confirms the booking and reserves the vehicle and driver for your date. The remaining 50% is paid on the day of travel, in cash to the driver or by transfer beforehand.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Send us your flight number when you book and we track the arrival ourselves. The driver waits for the actual landing time at no extra charge, including up to 60 minutes free waiting after you land for immigration and baggage.
Which airports do you cover?
Suvarnabhumi (BKK) and Don Mueang (DMK) in Bangkok, U-Tapao (UTP) for Pattaya, and Phuket International (HKT). Tell us the airport code and terminal when you book.
Can I request a child seat?
Yes. Tell us the child’s age and weight when you book so we bring the right seat. Please request it at least 24 hours in advance.
How do I pay?
Thai bank transfer or PromptPay for the deposit. The balance can be cash to the driver in Thai baht, or a transfer before the trip. We issue a receipt on request.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Yes. Tell us at least 24 hours before the pickup time and we will move the booking to another date at no charge. Cancellations inside 24 hours may forfeit the deposit, since the vehicle has already been held.
How long is a day trip, and what if we run over?
A standard day charter is 10 hours from pickup. If the day runs longer, overtime is charged by the hour at a rate we tell you before departure — never a surprise figure at the end.
Do your drivers speak English?
Our drivers handle everyday English for directions, stops and timing. For detailed conversation, our office team answers in English, Thai and Chinese on LINE and WhatsApp throughout your trip.
Will the driver take us to shops for commission?
No. We do not run commission stops, gem shops or tailor detours. If you want to shop, tell us and we will take you where you asked to go.
Do you drive outside Bangkok and Pattaya?
Yes, anywhere in Thailand. We regularly drive to Chiang Mai, Isaan, Krabi and the far south. For long distances we usually recommend flying and taking a car at the other end, and we can arrange both.
